Jesse and his whole crew are outstanding. They are always courteous and friendly. When I call for an inspection they always exceed my expectations for response, and do a great job inspecting. I am always confident that when they do not find something then there was nothing there. When they do find something they always make a point to show us what and where. The treatment team always does a good job. they are quiet and unobtrusive. They go about their job very efficiently. I know when they are done I will not have anymore issues in the rooms they treat.

Jesse came out to my home within a few hours of my call. His dog, Barker, performed a complete inspection of my home. Both Jesse and his dog were great! Barker did not find any bed bugs which was a huge relief and Jesse explained that the exoskeletons found by a previous company were in fact carpet beetles and not bed bugs. Barker and Superior Bed Bugs saved me thousands of dollars and the hassle of flipping my house upside-down!
