I booked a prenatal massage at Synergy Float Center and I went home with the decision to come at least once a month from now on. My one hour session was not only super informative but relaxing in every way. The therapist addressed my needs and pain points perfectly, while finding other areas that needed some work. She ensured she had the right pressure level from the start, helping me relax from start to finish of the session. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some time to race care of their mind and body.

Awesome experience we will be back very soon !!!!!! My husband and I shared a cabin tank, and it was quite the experience floating in darkness. Our thoughts we're all over the place personally I couldn't stop thinking about everything I didn't know how to turn it off and I found myself trying to control everything in the tank and in my mind. I think, well they say it takes three times to really experience the full Experience. So we will do it again soon, I was very excited and I can't wait to go back.
The space was clean, calm, and serene. All that I read about the experience was 100% accurate. It takes a minute to adjust during your first float, but once you do you can really feel all of the tension leave your body. After that it becomes a great space for opening your mind through prayer/meditation. Highly recommend this experience to anyone. Even without being a great natural floater/swimmer I found here that it was impossible not to float and feel comfortable.
I love this place for their range of innovative therapies at a reasonable price. It's always very clean, relaxing, and the staff explain everything well, but then let you do your own thing. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Great place. Amazing and extremly clean and modern amenities. They offer different floating tanks in addition to infrared saunas among other great services. The staff are always helpful and patient. My favorite relaxation spot in the DC area!
