This restaurant gives amazing service as well as delightful menu. My favourite restaurant in the city. The food and drinks served rapidly and the rates were fair. Highly recommended.

Best sushi we've had in the DC area! Their Happy hour is from 5-7pm with 3 Kirin Ichiban and 4 classic sushi rolls. Seriously good sushi. Perfect date night spot since all customers have to be 18. Jake the bartender/server is the best and I've never had better customer service. DEFINITELY going to be a frequent customer.

The Sushi Bar is my go to in the area for fresh, delicious sashimi and sushi rolls. They offer perfect versions of classic rolls and have fun specialties to try. The mussels appetizer is a great addition to round out the meal! Food is always ready on time for pick-up--the owners have mastered the necessary grab and go routine and have a canopy out front where you pick-up your online order (or place a new order in-person). I do wish they were open for lunch!

Sushi was \fine.\ Not great, not bad... it was no different than any sushi you can find anywhere. The price... was a bit more than I felt it should be... but not out of line with expectations for dining out in the area. My problem was portion size. Most olls\ only come with 4 pieces... and they are not larger pieces to reflecting that they cut the roll into 4ths. They are the same size as all other sushi I have had... which has 6 pieces per roll. I ordered the seaweed salad... maybe it was 1/3 a cup... MAYBE. 47 worth of sushi later... still starving... and ordered pizza.

Shoot! They do have an amazing happy hour, but the sushi was really rough. The rolls were a little Safeway-esq. First the fish didn't seem to be of the best quality. The rolls themselves were a tad tossed together, and you could actually watch them make it which reinforced the thought. I really wanted to like the rolls. The service was great. The options for beverages was also wide and nice. The environment was solid, except for the intermittent wafting of BBQ.
