What to expect? Be there 30 mins in advance. The officers will request the attendees to queue 15 mins prior to your appointment. Have the documents ready for the officer to verify them. Once it is verified, around 5 mins prior to your appointment temperature checks are done (COVID times) You will be handed over tokens and have to wait in the waiting area. Once your token number is called out! You walk up to the counter and get your work done related to the appointment :) Mostly it takes 5-10 mins unless you have some document mismatch. About the office: The staffs are very courteous and patient with the people. Well maintained office and have plenty of parking space. Clean and neat! Due to COVID mask is mandatory and social distancing needs to be practiced. Wish you guys the best !!!

Visited last week for Biometric appointment. Polite staff, quick prompt response. Just reach 30 min before your appointment time.There was queue of 8-10 people for 1pm slots & no queue for 3pm. It took 10 min for whole process. Dont forget to fill the form you receive with appointment papers through mail.

Waste of time. I drove 40 minutes to ask a question about a form and they just told me that they are only taking fingerprints. I’ve called over 15 times within the span of a week and have visited the website and tried to use the “contact us” feature which gave me no answer. Waste of my time. What a joke.

Visited ASC to complete biometrics appointment during COVID Pandemic days, I am amazed on whole ASC teams organization, we were in and out under 10 mins. Mask were mandatory, social distancing was very well maintained inside and outside, the staff were very friendly and were with smile and positive spirit.

I had a scheduling conflict with my biometrics appointment so me and my husband decided to drive 2 hours and see if we could get a walk in. When we got there we were told to wait for a main officer so we could speak with him. When he came back he was very helpful and he allowed us to do it earlier than scheduled date. Great people and the service is exceptional.
