Good set up for COVID. However, performance of staff and system was terrible. Lack of recognition for veterans and their dependents with government issued military ID. Slow process just to be told we would have to reschedule as our identification \didn't classify as federal proof of identity or existence

This is the worst DMV ever. I've been to numerous in Maryland and South Carolina and this place is by far the worst. I show up ten minutes early for my appointment and then was placed on an unseen non communicated timer as I went to get a document from my car and then got sent home because I was outside to long as if I was sitting in my car for 15 minutes? My appointment was at 12 and at 12:17 you decide I should go home? So I guess it only took 2 minutes for a check in and filling paper work? You try to be compliant with the state but this location needs to train their staff for Compliance because clearly they rather have people sent home for the day. I'm second guessing my move to this state. Horrible!!! THE WORST.

The website has missed leading. It said waiting time is 22 minutes so we choose to come here to renew driving license. After arrived, we have waited outside to enter the building for 1 hour in cold winter and waited in line to get the ticket number for the other 30 minutes, than we are still sitting in chairs and have waited 1.5 hour already, and the total hours has been 3 hours now, we are still sitting here!! Very super slow than what we expected. Please improve your administrative efficiency.
