I had a winless didn't know what model it was they asked John one of the employees to give me a hand with he spent a lot of time looking on the computer to get me the proper part. I Was very grateful he didn't rush through it he took his time. I called West Marine back John answer the phone, and had the rest of the parts in stock that I needed. Great service. Thank you John I will be back for sure
