When I got to the clinic I was scared, but they were all so sweet, kind and affectionate with me that they made me feel safe, from the first person I saw who was the receptionist she was very friendly, the finance lady was very funny and gave me good treatment , the lady who helped me with Spanish was very patient and sweet with me, the lady who gave me the medicines was also very sweet comforting me with a lot of patience the doctor did her job perfectly with great care and patience and worrying about my recovery and well-being and the nurses were also very sweet. Thank you very much to all of you for being so good to me, taking care of me with such patience and sweetness. I recommend the clinic 100%, it is a safe, clean place with people who care about our physical and emotional health. Thank you all for your good treatment and sorry that I did not learn your names.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend this clinic for any woman’s health concerns. When I came in, I was nauseous and unsure of how the experience was going to be. Everyone was Very professional And helpful with my questions, especially Beatrice in the front! I am very glad that I can here for the care I needed

Called in to schedule an appointment, just for Beatrice and Danielle to be extremely rude on the phone. Beatrice did not know what she was talking about and had to keep asking Danielle all the questions I had asked her and then just passed the phone over to Danielle without saying anything. Danielle came on the line and didn’t even introduce herself. I was given the pricing that I did not ask for and told them I had insurance. Danielle curtly informed me that they are closing so she is not going to check my insurance right now (I didn’t ask her to). The only purpose of my call was to schedule an point to see a doctor or schedule a consultation with a doctor and Danielle informed me again that they were closing soon. Danielle was clearly too busy closing up to take the call so I ended up hanging up out of frustration for the lack of help and service. Both of them were unprofessional and unhelpful. Why even pick up the phone if you don’t want to deal with anyone? Just let it ring and go about your closing procedures if you are trying to rush home so badly. Advice for both of them: don’t go into the medical field if you don’t feel like helping people.

I usually don't write reviews, but i wanted patients to know my experience. I went to two other clinic and walked out because it was awful. The experience here is amazing! The front desk girl Sharon was super nice, with the most calming voice, the office is so clean. Donyelle was great, she helped with my funding, Lina was so supportive. Dr. Swallow is so compassionate and very nice. I recommend this clinic over any other clinic in the area. I am thankful for all the girls here. Thank you for doing a great job during a pandemic.
