This is the best dealership . fixed my car in about 3 hours. Had fan. Thing fixed. Back door latch witch included my back up camera. Fix inside stuff was coming loose. They offered my drinks. Water. And keep up with me om how my car was doing. I would come here just for their kindness and respect shown.

They robbed me car was listed for 16,800 told me, I was told 16,800 it was my fault I didn't pay attention to the numbers till I got home and seen they charged me over 20k before financing, called Michael H. My salesman he pushed me on to troy, troy exact words was u got a deal we helped you how. HOW?!?! By robbing me, then says well u signed a contract

Do not go to this dealership! They are being sold and bought out. You cannot even test drive the cars unless you pay CASH for the car first. They do not allow financing at all because they are bankrupt. Save your time and don’t drive a long while for a joke.

I bought a this car from them on March 1. I had seen this car online in Nov. and contacted them saying it was more than I could spend, to let me know if the price came down. Price came down, a few thousand dollars but I did not hear from anyone there. I found it again online. I still liked the car, had not bought anything else, so I bought it. I made 2 trips from south Oak Cliff to McKinney, 37 miles each way. My temporary plates expired 3 1/2 weeks ago. I had contacted my salesman after about 4 weeks after buying the car, he said I'd receive them soon. Still not here. Could get ticketed. Texted my salesman again, didn't know who I was because he had a new phone. Identified myself and why I needed help. He said he no longer worked there. I started calling the dealership about 3 weeks ago, never could reach a human being, left messages in sales and customer service. No call backs. Finally called the operator last week. She said the dealership was being refinanced and they were way behind processing things like that. I said that was unacceptable. She said I could go to the tax office myself, I said I did not want to do that. Here it is another week later. Looks like I will be going to the tax office. I really can't recommend this place. I am pleased enough with the car though. My last used car purchase 3 years ago elsewhere was such a pleasant experience I stayed in touch with that salesman, we are still friends.

Couldn't be more satisfied with my leasing experience. Dakota Mitchell was the best car sales consultant I've ever worked with -- exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and transparent. His passion for Alfa Romeos is contagious and made me even more excited about leasing a Giulia. Dakota helped me find the perfect model and made it easy to find an agreeable price. His colleague Frank was also very kind and took time to explain leasing terms and documents. Dakota presented clear and compelling leasing terms -- we managed to structure the entire leasing agreement over the phone! Given that I am based in Austin, Dakota went the extra mile to answer questions and negotiate terms. He even picked me up from Dallas in the car for me to test drive and arrive at the dealership. Haven't seen such dedication before. Grateful to the team.

Anton went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted. The salesmen seemed to work as a team, and were all helpful to one another. The financial process/paperwork was quick! And, when we realized there was one minor glitch with part the interior, Anton personally brought a loaner car to my place of work, and delivered my repaired new vehicle to my doorstep within twelve hours. That's great customer service!
