This place is the freaking worst at trying to call and reach anyone BUT the receptionist. If you're lucky that is. I got the automated system after 10 rings, then pressed 0 for the operator. The operator sounds like she'd rather be anywhere else. I asked for parts, was transferred to someones voicemail that was FULL and not accepting messages. Then when I called again, the same "cheerful" (ha!) receptionist then transferred me again, the phone rang and rang well over 30 times. Someone in parts finally picked up and said "Parts department, can you hold please?" Well sir, do I have a choice at this point? By the way. I'm writing this as I'm on hold still with their parts department. It's been well over 10 min, and I'm pretty sure they forgot about me on hold. Awesome. This place sucks, I can't imagine anyone stupid enough to go to this place if they've ever tried to call it first. Good freaking luck.

Terrible service. This is the second and last time I swear I'm never coming back. Dropped my car off for service this morning due to an electrical failure, was promised I'd receive a call as soon as it was diagnosed (which costs 540 minimum, by the way), and was also told I could pick up my car today. The dealership is closing very soon. I have not received a single call. In fact, I have called myself numerous times for an update, and the only person I can get a hold of is the receptionist. I avoided coming here for two whole years because the last time I came in to get my car serviced (a simple oil change), I was also incredibly unhappy with the complete and utter lack of responsiveness. The dealership never informed me my car was ready for pick up, closed early for Labor Day weekend, and then proceeded to hold my car hostage for the entire long weekend. And they still charged me like crazy for an oil change and to glance at my screechy breaks, which they never even fixed. Definitely reporting this dealership to North American headquarters. This lack of service is totally reprehensible. I'm seriously baffled as to how they think they can charge over 500 just for diagnostics over a manufacturing mistake and never communicate or follow up with the client on top of that crazy overcharge. It's absurd and completely unacceptable.
I really enjoy the experience Everytime I visit the Fiat dealership in Downtown LA .They have excellent customer service and always find someone nice like Alba who works the front desk..She is very friendly and personable ..I work with a man (Henry) that has cerebral palsy who loves going to Fiat to view the cars and read magazines upstairs . I bring Henry in about once to twice per month .I feel so comfortable going there and knowing that both Henry(man with disability)and I are only going on a visiting basis and not intending to purchase any vehicle..They know who we are and always s receive us with a smile a handshake and a warm attitude....\u003c3
I called today to ask if I could come and have a headlight replaced, as my usual service center could not offer me an appointment until the following week. I was given an appointment right away, the service staff was helpful when I arrived, and the work did not take too long at all. Sorry to see the negative reviews...my experience was good.
This place deserves negative stars. The car was there for over 8 hours and not once did the company try to communicate on the status of service. Service Writer Cesar Velazquez and team stated that the battery of a 9-month old car had to be replaced, and that a new battery would take over a month. However, there have been no issues at all with the battery. Upon arrival at another FCA service center, proper measurement equipment was used, showing that the battery was in good conditions.
The customer service was great and has me reevaluate how I feel. Sujey G was awesome she took complete care of me understood my frustration and got me in and out quickly. The paper work for the loaner car was explained in detail and quick.
Read this: I rate places and experiences fairly. I was disrespected by the manager, Randy, and the agent Linda had no clue which cars were or were not in inventory. I wouldn't recommend doing business here because they make up fees when they don't understand themselves what their payment system shows (I know because I work in finance).
I recently bought my fiat here and I was very pleased with the service at this dealership. All of the employees are very nice and helpful!. You wont regret going there!
