In 2019 we purchased a used 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio from a dealership in Columbus. The previous owner had installed a lowering kit but for the past 2 years, we've gotten this car serviced from one of the Cincinnati dealerships with no issue. Last week, the car had a complete electrical systems failure including power steering, airbags, infotainment, etc. For safety reasons, we decided go to the Alfa Romeo servicing department in Xenia because it's closer. We received a call today that they are unable to do any work on the car due to the car being lowered and them not having the right equipment to work on it. Talking to the service manager, he continually blamed the lowering kit. When asked why it was that both the Cincinnati and the Columbus certified service departments could work on our car but they could not, we received no answer. Additionally we asked since they were unable to work on the car, could they get it to a dealership that could. Again, the answer was no. If you're going to claim to be a certified Alfa dealership...BE ONE. If your Alfa has had any upgrades or modifications done to it...save your time and energy. Take it to a real Alfa service department.

I have been taking my Alfa Romeo Giulia to this dealership for service since purchasing my car. I am always well taken care of by the Service staff. I appreciate having a solid Service Center to take my Alfa. CHEERS!
Purchased a new Stelvio here last year. Transaction went smooth, all well so far.
