If I could give less than 1 star believe me I would. The car is a great car however the experience was the worst. Aron which now is in finance is Lier. Promised many things. At the end it turned out to be not true. Now I found out that the tires that my car originally had were used tires from a 2017 or 2018 model meaning the change the tires of my car, Gave me used ones. Okay fine I will post and let everyone that I know to not go near this place. Go else where. You want the Alfa Romeo get it just find another place. Or check everything from top to bottom.

Best experience I've had at a dealership so far. All of the sales reps, Dennis, Bryan, Lisa, Aaron, and Casey, I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Lisa Raybell, our primary salesperson was very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. She follows up and follows through. Excellent customer service from everyone. The sales process was the usual back and forth negotiation you'll find at most dealerships. This was to be expected and not a big deal. I didn't feel like I was screwed but I think I could have gotten a better deal - that was on me. I will say that the only negative was with the service department or whoever it was that was responsible for detailing the car. The attention to detail in that area was lacking. Overall, a fantastic experience with the dealership and love our new Stelvio! Highly recommend the Alfa and Lisa Raybell is awesome. I'm already eyeing my next Italian car. As a side note, if you're considering an Alfa, please do your homework and research the brand and vehicle. Know what you're getting into and set your expectations correctly. Alfa's are great driver's cars. They don't have all the bells and whistles with tech. If you're looking for tech and features, then honestly get a Mercedes or Acura.

Shane is one of the best salesmen I have ever had the privilege to buy a car from. I was there for 5 hours due to my need to pick out the car I wanted and I never rush things. I was never pushed to settle or pick a car that if was not right for me. They showed me everything they had and more (Shane even drove me down to Costco to show me the car they had down there, The car i wanted was at another dealer in another state and they had no problem shipping the car over to Kirkland if need be. But they made me a great deal on a loaded one that had everything than I wanted and more. They let the numbers work for me without pushing the car on the lot on me. I felt comfortable and welcome during the entire deal (was very "under dressed" for a Alfa/Maserati dealer) I was never ignored during my longtime on the lot but also not pushed. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a true drivers car from a dealer that knows what they are selling and the customer they will attract. - è stata una bella esperienza.
