Edward (sales) and Jason (service manager) really came through for us in finding the perfect car for our new driver!! Thank you so much for standing by your promise to go the extra mile for your customers!!

Edward was terrific he answered every one of my questions and put my mind at ease. He was very polite to both me and my father, even though I made it clear I wasn’t going to be purchasing anything that day. I will 100% be coming back to buy something from him in a couple of months.

I happened upon Alfa Romeo/Fiat by pure chance as I drove to another dealer. They had 3 cars in their lot that I was scheduled to drive at other places that day - all with less miles and extremely fair pricing. Mason was our salesman, and did a great job. Craig in financing was also very good to work with and kept everything transparent. A pleasant surprise, and I’m very happy with my car and the whole experience.

I'm sorry you feel you got a review less than the best because you didn't negotiate, that's part of the business. And, just so you know, despite calling yourselves FVP store, you did negotiate and dropped the price. Anyway, Bruno, my sales rep was great, it was the lack of courtesy and poor customer service I received from his manager that got you this review. 'Abruptly cutting off the customer' and having an attitude in closing a discussion by quickly putting in the last word isn't always the best approach when communicating with customers. Just a feedback, take it or leave it.

We worked with Johnny Hoy to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic they had on their lot. I have nothing but praise for both him and everyone we spoke with. I worked for dealers for 10 years, and have met both the best and the worst of salespeople, and he was one of the best.. He was very generous with his time and incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Despite buying an inexpensive used car, we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive thing on the lot. The trade-in process and the finance process were also excellent. We decided to finance through our credit union and they made the process seamless- we walked in, checked out the car, got the trade-in process rolling, and were out within 2 hours. Fantastic service from the whole Luther team. Considering how shady most dealers can be, I have no complaints at all, and would highly recommend seeing Johnny for anything you're interested in at a Luther dealership. Kudos all around.

They negotiated the price up 800.00 on a used car saying it needed a 2000.00 repair that they would split 60/40. When we asked for a receipt for the repair prior to closing, it turned out it was only a 1200.00 repair. Because they inflated the repair cost and the purchase price more than we had agreed, we walked away from the sale. Next day they re-listed the car for almost 2000.00 more. Good luck if you buy a car here.
