They were friendly & efficient. They left all work areas clean and tidy. They offered to add disinfectant at a discount, with the work they did, which we agreed to. It had a light scent. I believe it took approximately 1 1/2-2 hours from start to finish.I would recommend them.

Very bad experience. Expensive service. I had 2 rugs cleaned and told them that they would be shipped out overseas. They assured me that the rugs would be rolled up and delivered back to us in a plastic bag. The rugs were delivered to us without bags and rolled sloppily. The delivery guys told us they ran out of plastic bags. I asked if they (3 big guys) could help me roll the rugs tighter. One of them said, \That's the best we can do. You could try it yourselves if you want.\ and they left. My wife and I unrolled the 2 rugs so we could reroll them properly and wrap them up for shipping and still found stains. We called them up to make a complaint and they said they would call us back after talking to the delivery guys. They never did call us back. Edit: The service was done under my wife's name, Apple. We never requested your company to ship the rugs oversees. We only informed you that my wife and I would be shipping the rugs overseas and asked if they would be delivered to us in plastic after the cleaning service was finished.
AMAZING LOOKING CARPET! Considered getting new carpet since looked worn/beat up/impossible to clean myself (tried many times in past). Family member recommended Chem-Dry, & texted info/phone number. HAPPILY SURPRISED at great experience it was having them clean all carpet in all rooms. First of all, they were very cordial, professional, pleasant, & hard workers. Wonderful feeling carpet with super fragrance and looking so revived/fresh/clean, . No idea how he got these three areas that I pointed out to him absolutely looking like different carpet. He assured me all chemicals were natural -key factor in choosing them. Would hire them regularly in future; very satisfied customer!
Wes showed up exactly as scheduled, was very honest and detailed, personable but professional, about the process. He took his time, but got the job done within the specified time. Our carpet is very old, but we're moving, so it was important that the carpet be as clean as possible. I know that the money spent to clean our carpet was well worth it.
Kyle and Brandon did a great job! There were speedy and did all our bedrooms. They successfully got out all of our kids' stains in the carpet and removed the pet stain too! They were even kind enough to include our kids while working.
