I have been searching for solutions for my problem back yard for several years. My deck footings were raising out of the ground due to a lack of proper drainage of the winter thaw and spring rains. I had every deck and patio contractor quoting me on a new deck or patio. I had drain contractors quoting me on French Drains to move the water. No one did both.....until I found JWB!!! They're in the process of solving my yard problems, and I'm completely confident they'll do a great job! During the initial meeting, Anon and Jose came up with a plan, which I was very pleased with. It's clear that Anon and Jose have a great working relationship, as they bounce ideas off of one another. They're serious, professional, and happy people, who obviously respect one another. I look forward to writing another review after they're complete, when I'll share photos.

This is a really fine business run by Anon and his wife. Last week they deepened and graded an existing long swale that drains a low area at the back of our yard and cleared extensive areas of overgrown brush. Anon came on site to consult with us and to plan the project. He sent two skilled hard working teams headed by Roberto and Adrian to do the work. They accomplished the project in a single day. At the end Anon came by to review what was done and check on our satisfaction. We suggested clearing a bit more than the original plan. We were impressed that Anon got on the Bobcat and finished that additional area himself. At the end everything was neat and no debris was left. The only evidence of their presence was the their completed project. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.
JWB completed a major renovation of our back yard. A challenging, sloping lot was transformed into a restful retreat with complex stonework, waterfall and a fire pit surrounded by a flagstone patio. Landscape and lighting accents were professionally done. Anon was receptive to customer input and completed the work to our full satisfaction.
We had an excellent experience with JWB Outdoor Solutions! Starting with Anon, who promptly came out to give us our initial quote and offered us some options for our drainage issues. He was thorough in explaining why our last attempt to fix our yard didn’t work with a different company, and how JWB's approach would make a huge difference (and it has!!) Anon was easy to contact when questions came up, including after the job was completed. Our work was done sooner than we had been originally quoted. The crew was professional, friendly and thorough. The foreman was easy to communicate with and him and his crew provided top quality work. They also did a nice job cleaning up after they finished our job in less than a day (they even removed the J.U.L.I.E. stakes for us, nice touch!) Therefore, I highly recommend JWB Outdoor Solutions!
Short Story: JWB is a good company to do business with, and I would use them again Long version: My realistic rating would be a 4.5 -- Had a major drainage project need at my house to correct improper grading and previous owner bandaids. Anon was easy to work with in terms of planning and design, and the overall pricing of the project was good in terms of what I was expecting and in comparison to other quotes I got. One area for improvement that I would suggest for JWB is Communication; there were some instances where there was a lack of response and I had to follow up to understand next steps or clarify timing for getting quote changes back to me. Improving this point will go a long way to increasing customer satisfaction of working with JWB. Overall the project went well and our new drainage system is doing a nice job handling recent storms. Thanks to Anon, Kim, Jose, Roberto and the rest of the team for working hard on our project.
