Place is easy to access as it's right off the highway but these people CANNOT schedule anything properly. On the website I chose Friday at 9:00 for my consultation interview. It was completely ignored, there was no call. I scheduled again for following Tuesday at 2:00, I got a call Monday at 9:00. Before the examination began for testing we scheduled the two week explanation of testing for today at 4:00 and I have yet to get a call. I was told to expect it to be an hour. Not to mention EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for testing. I told my counselor who referred us and she CRINGED at the cost. I am extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience with this company. Just called at 4:35 and it went to voicemail because the office is closed and I am directed to call at normal business hours. I'm sorry but NEVER recommend this facility!!!!

Very grateful for the insights and ideas I received before, during and after initial testing. Really looking forward to what’s next as I work with Thomson Memory Center to get all this turned around.

Had a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone who thinks they or someone they love has neurocognitive issues.
