So far been here twice and had a good experience both times. Was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. Both my son (9) and daughter (13) love this store. We will definitely be back. They have good quality product for reasonable prices and it's not generic stuff that you see everywhere.

Managers are young and clueless just like the employees. They dont listen to what you are asking but still answers with wrong information. Their employees cant help customers with questions if they are not trained properly. Most of the managers uses the excused they are only 16. Doesnt matter of age if they are not trained properly. Managers need to step up and do their job properly so their employees can give accurate info. I also seen a review saying she was told they dont use retailmenot. I was told they do. Just shows managers dont train the employees.
