Friendly advice and great service. No overselling. Only what should be done or needed.Winter tune up was done in timely manner. Staff will assist unloading and loading your bike from your vehicle.

Our sales person (Ryan) was very helpful in showing us the differences in a couple models we were looking at. He also helped us determine which models he could get in and on what date they would arrive. This helped us given the current long waiting times for some of the models. Very happy to have received both of our bikes on schedule as specified at the time of purchase.

My experience here was amazing. Zane took such good care of me. He was honest with me the whole time. Being a bigger man he talked me out of a few bikes because of my size and I'm very happy he did. Best customer service and best bikes ever! The salesman really helped me out picking my bike out over the phone (covid 19) and helped me out immediately when the chain fell off free of charge. And their bikes are very high quality and beautiful. 10/10 recommend.
