I have an account with this place and multiple times over the past year when I've had a question, I've always had to call and email multiple times before getting any response at all. When they finally do respond, they're always abrupt and rude. Alhambra has really inspired me to refinance with a different company and take my money elsewhere. Ugh.

I am definitely appreciative that I have a loan from this institution for my vehicle, however it is absolutely ridiculous that someone would charge the Borrower 15 to pay on a loan. I was thinking about moving from my commercial bank to this one however now that I see how difficult they make things I am definitely sticking with the commercial side of banking. Update: shortly after my critique of this business they did get back to me and gave me a fairly decent solution which was to pay through your online banking bill pay service which sends out a physical check and it’s free. The only downside to that is you may wait a week and a half two weeks for your payment to post. Otherwise they do seem to care about their reputation which is a good thing.
