Great food, excellent prices, very tidy resto and restroom, sanitizing our table before sitting us down, it could be a 5 stars, but i was biting on an olive pit in my chinese soup, i wondered if the soup have olive ingredients.. i should have told our waiter.

The macaroni noodle spam and egg soup was so good I might order it again the next time I return with my family.

Today, they has New Year Special. We ordered sea salt roasted Angus choice prime rib, Argentina red shrimp and abalone in oyster sauce. It is delicious. It comes with Lobster wild mushroom soup and Prosciutto w/Melon plus Mango Cheese Cake.

This restaurant is the one I like best. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very attentive and the cuisine they serve is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Everything tasted decent and the price was good. Each dish was large; just slightly too big for an individual to finish, so it might be better to order a few dishes for a party and share. Only a couple minor complaints: we rarely got refills on the drinks, and one of our dishes was forgotten (to be fair, we had a party of 10). Other than that, it's a good place for large parties or families to dine.

has out door dinning now. other wise just takeout. good is still about the same as usual. takeout portions feels a little smaller than before but it's kind of expected I guess.

Our first time eating at this Garden Cafe restaurant. We normally go to the one in Arcadia. Like many restaurants in the are on Valley Blvd. in Alhambra, Garden Cafe here offers outdoor dining from breakfast to dinner. They take very serious COVID-19 measures placing dividers between tables and all waiters wear masks and face shields. Menu is just like the pre-pandemic menu offering extensive Cantonese dishes. We came at noon and ordered our favorite pork and thousand year old egg congee and fried rice noodle ( Ho fen). We also got ourselves Hong Kong milk tea to go with our meal. The congee was cooked in a clay pot that offered a unique taste and experience. No too many places cook congees in a clay pot. I only see that kind of cooking back in Guangdong, China. The fried rice noodle reminded me of the noodles I had in Hong Kong that's filled with Hong Kong style taste and lots of hot wok flavors(wok hei). The milk tea’s ok but not bad. I don't know if this restaurant uses the 7 tea leaves to make this milk tea like the ones in Hong Kong, the taste is good enough for me since I am not a tea expert. Now I know we can come here for a seat down breakfast. We'll be back next week.

I went for breakfast and it was nice. If you are an early bird looking for a Chinese breakfast this is a good place to go. The staff are nice and they aren't busy at all, this means no rushing to eat and leave (this applies to breakfast time, lunch and dinner are different and busy). The food is good comfort food.
