Not helpful or accurate about the tire problem. Not interested in solving the problem with one tire, just interested in selling a whole four tires weather you need it or not. The money, not the need of the customer. I consider today's visit a total faliure on firestone part.

I am giving one star only because I have to. I don't recommend this business. I can't wear a mask. I invoked a medical exemption and they would not give me any services. The governor has recognized certain exemptions that this business does not respect.
