My family and I have worked with and have bought multiple pieces of equipment here for many years. The owner and staff are always personable and give their absolute best making sure you get the product you want! I will keep my business here and keep referring people to this place!
They were great when purchasing a treadmill from them but not when we needed service. Contacted them several times and no response. Last time was in October 2020. They still have not gotten back to us.
Absolute worst service. I left my name and number 3 times for these people and not one person got back to me. After calling and finally reaching someone they said they had never written down my name or number once. I also went on the website and filled out a contact form there because I was so desperate. They showed no interest in helping me with my treadmill or servicing it.
