Highly recommend! Maytag randomly broke down and I found All Bergen Appliance Service. They were so quick to respond and were fast to make an appointment to check my washer out. Obviously during the time of COVID, they understood how important it was for me to get my washer fixed ASAP. They knew exactly what was wrong and I was able to fix it for a great price. This is the place to go in New York and NJ if you ever have a problem with your appliances!

Bergen was excellent. I needed a new handle for our GE Cafe microwave. Sounds easy, but finding the right part was anything but easy. Mary, went out of her way to help me. (I mean above any beyond) I was extremely impressed. Mary thank you. Working with Bergen Appliance was a great experience for sure!
Last weekend, I needed a replacement part for my washing machine. After calling a few local places, nobody had the part in stock. I spoke with Mary at All Bergen Appliance late Saturday morning, and she really made it her mission to find the specific part. After locating the part, she drove all the way to Pennsylvania for pick up, and I was able to pick up the part the following day. Mary really went above and beyond to help me out! Great customer service!

These guy are great. Needed a part for my Maytag dryer spoke to Mary she had the part I needed but I could not get there before they closed so she made arraignments for me to pick up the part after they closed. Then she called later that afternoon to make sure that I was able to get the part. Outstanding customer service they have won a customer for life. I will not go anywhere else for my appliance needs or parts. Thank you Mary.
