I didn't realize I had given a 1 star rating. For that I apologize as it was obviously a mistake. After being with a different property manager for a little over a year, I am missing your company terribly! My current landlord is awful. Their maintenance man broke one of our toilets nearly a year ago and they refuse to fix it. The water has no pressure behind it and they refuse to fix it. I was stuck with a 300 water bill because of damage that happened before I even lived in the property, and the landlords refused to take responsibility. I can honestly say that with your management team, I never once had a problem getting work done. If I asked, then you guys provided. You were speedy and helpful and kind. I miss you guys. The current company I am with has been pure hell. Here's your 5 star rating that you 100% deserve. Thank you for everything.

This is the worst property management company I’ve ever encountered and I’ve live in various states and cities. They take months to fix anything but hound on the 4th like clockwork for rent money! Yet they have no electronic means of taking payment in 2020!!!!! This company is trash. They people may be ok but the way they run their business amateur time.

So far this was the best rental company I've been through. Debbie was responsive to all our issues with the rental and responded within 24hrs. She was fair. I would recommend to a friend.

August 17, 2018 Perry, I again find myself writing your company to draw attention to the wonderful customer service displayed by your property account manager Mary. My a/c unit failed only Wednesday, and Mary not only had the problem diagnosed first thing the following day, but approved and replaced by Friday early morning. This is nothing less then remarkable, knowing that I'm only one of many clients who's property she manages on your behalf. Mary has always been responsive to my questions and concerns, and continues to reflect only the best one could hope for in a business relationship. You clearly have these same standards, and it shows in those who represent your company. I will always speak well of All Brevard Property Management and will continue refer future customers your way.
