I would give no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I have a small above ground pool and the water started turning green and as soon as the guy learned that it was a small pool, he acted like he didn't have time for us. He tested my water sample and told me my water tested good but he just continued to tell me that my small pump was useless and worthless and my green water couldn't be fixed. Told me we could swim in the green water because the water tested fine but that it just wouldn't look pretty. I wasn't satisfied with this and went to Leslie's pool in Elk Grove and the young man helped us, so politely and and 10 later...pool is crystal clear again! All Clear...you lost a customer, never again will I step foot in your store.
Nightmare! They installed a pump for me and were supposed to come back and install a board to make it operational. Showed up with out thr baord, charged me for the trip never installed the board and keep sending me bills for the board i didn't get. I have called several times and they say the will look into it. I have talked to so many people and it's been a damn year. I am still being billed monthly and the pump doesn't work right and they havr not refund the labor charge fir work they didn't do.
HORRIBLE WEEKLY SERVICE!!! 0 STARS. I'm a new pool owner and stayed with this company that previous owners used. Big mistake. Pool parts were already broken and water unclear therefore I should have realized right away. ANYHOW-Tech is a LIAR. Told me my salt cell was bad because my return jets were blowing out calcium. Come to find Out all my filters clogged even though he said he cleaned last month. Yeah right. Then added liquid chlorine to pool when asked not to. Well that stuff is dense and went to bottom of pool now I have markings on bottom. Broke my brush and said he didn't use it. Duh-I have cameras idiot. Why lie. Left gate open numerous times after reminding at least 3xs due to puppy and small children. Also left side gate open constantly so dog would run away and panel to electrical box bc he too lazy to walk around shade structure to close it. AnywaysHORRIBLE SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET CALL BACK FROM OARTS DEPT. IF YOUR IN GALT/ACAMPO/EG AREA CALL A AND B POOL SERVICE. Ma and Pa shop. Very friendly and spent over 3 hours this week just getting pool up to par since All Clear has no idea what tgey are doing.
