I highly recommend this gym. Their staff is awesome. So friendly and positive! Their 6 week challenge is great. I was 22lb loss successful. It wasn’t hard to do with their support. They taught me how to eat Correctly, workout to lose weight and gain muscle. If you are looking to get fit...join this gym. It will change your life.
I just completed my 6 week challenge with ALL FIT. And I lost 20.8lbs!!! You WILL NOT find a better place for transformation, PERIOD. The staff, the clients, the workouts, the diet... it is Guaranteed for success!! If you aren't sure you can lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks, try it! But do yourself a favor... Follow the Damn Rules! Don't think you can switch things up and get the same results. Everyone here helps each other. Sharing recipes, struggles and solutions. Support from staff and fellow gym members is huge, THEY EVEN HOLD COOKING CLASSES!! You won't find a better group, or as I have now come to call them... My Fit Family!
