Went here for a baby shower. The location is hard to find but the party room was beautifully decorated! The dj was very good. The staff was nice and professional But! There is a 3 floor walk up! No elevator. The bathroom is on another level.
So i rented from this company years ago when they actually had plastic fold up tables. When i first called to reserve i asked for fold up chairs and fold up tables. They did not specify they were wood tables and only the legs fold. I landed up spending a hefty delivery charge for only 3 tables & 16 chairs due to the fact they didn’t fold. Then the tables came looking dirty with a lot of chipped wood & even duct tape on corners. The chairs had stains but yet they want them to come back clean i landed up gVing to clean them before. Caught a splinter I’m almost 9 months pregnant not what i want to deal with. I had to spend extra money on table clothes to double for my shower. To then have them rip because of the wood chips. Very annoyed.
I was on a super tight budget and wanted a bounce house last minute for my son's Halloween party...John and his team are AMAZING! Very professional and I was able to get a bounce house according to the part's theme. Will definately use them again.
Johnny and his friends dint care about public safety ir official health guidelines.
