I dealt with a lady named Crystal for delivery on a dumpster to Claxton, GA. I shopped for quotes and she promised early next morning delivery so I went with her...she seemed nice. Nope it showed up at 6pm the next day and I have the delivery guys text to prove it. Wasted a crew of ours drive and day on the job. Crystal nor anyone else would answer the phone or return calls or emails the entire next day as it needed to be picked up and new container brought out. I called and emailed 3-5 times each. Nothing. Next afternoon (Today) crystal calls and offers me 50 off on the next pickup they do. I told them 50 is an insult and I would not be using them going forward and to just get what they have and let’s be done as we need reliability. She cussed me out and hung up the phone. Wow is all I have to say about this company.

Customer service sucks, representative named Crystal is very rude and has an unprofessional attitude, hung up on me when call ended. Do not recommend to anyone, she’s just as nasty as the trash they haul
I had no idea what I was doing or what i would need and these guys gave me help as well as great service. They didn't try to give me what I didn't need and were really fast too. Will DEF be giving their number to anyone who needs a dumpster.
Great company....first time renting ...Great experience...Very helpful....Will let all of my friends and family know about this company.
