Greg and Jim just came and they did a FANTASTIC job checking all my shutters and fixing the big one I have in the patio in the back! They were very professional, they showed up on time and repaired all the broken parts. I feel much more confident especially now that the new hurricane season is starting. Please trust this company they are very good, quick and fairly priced. 5 stars for sure!!!! I really recommend

The only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because they don’t have zero stars. Horrible service, horrible customer service and simply horrible everything. They have been a disaster to work and they still are many years later. The job was never done correctly and we had to pay numerous other service people to complete the job. We are still paying 13 years later. It has just come to our attention that they never finished the work permit. Now the permit has to be completely redone. Since they never did what they were suppose too, our sale of the house will be delayed. They could care less and are in absolutely no rush. They said it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do.

Greg did a great job fixing a bunch of my hurricane wall anchors. I had so many that came out of the wall or had rusted to the bolt, and Greg got all of them fixed. Additionally, Shelley from the office team was very helpful. I would recommend them for hurricane shutter repair anytime.
