My first time there was so great. I was on my lunch break and had to get one of my gifts wrapped and they actually took care of me in a timely manner, I felt like I was getting a VIP treatment. Lovely staff and a very inviting environment being in that store. Will definitely be visiting every year for the holidays.

I have rented from All Wrapped up for almost a decade now. I love their service!! I often have to travel and be away for periods of time and my mail has always been either collected for me or sent to wherever I am. Their store hours are very convenient and I can have access to my box 24 hours a day. Lisa and her team are wonderful and always a pleasure to work with. Plus the store is the best place for cards and thoughtful gifts in town!
When planning a move to Mill Valley two years ago, I needed to obtain a Personal Mailbox. A quick call to Lisa and it was done! Easy. Since then I have had nothing but excellent service from Lisa and her employees, whether it was mailing packages the most expeditious way, faxing a document, or scanning. And, along the way we often find just the right gift for an upcoming occasion. I don't know what I'd do without All Wrapped Up.
I am very fond of All Wrapped Up - great place to pick up small quality gifts. I rent a mail box from them and am very happy with their services. The mailboxes themselves are vintage and lovely to look at - makes picking up mail an experience I look forward to. All my packages are delivered there safe and sound and the line at the counter is never very long. Nice environment, friendly staff.
I live in an area of Mill Valley where I don't think my mail delivery is secure. Also, packages are just dumped on a large mailbox on a busy street and I just can't believe they won't be stolen. I investigated a number of mail box options, including the post office, and settled on All Wrapped Up. The post office won't take any mail not from USPS, so what good is that? I have therefore, had my mailbox for over 6 years and love having it at All Wrapped Up. They take all deliveries, are careful with mail, and are open 7 days a week. The mail boxes themselves are available 24/7. Also, the best part of having a box there is going into the store and seeing all the tempting, wonderful things. Thank you all for your service to our community.
The shop is endlessly fascinating. But i have come to depend on them since taking one of their mailboxes a few years back. The post office is just too far from downtown. Their service is first rate. They've never let me down.

I've had an address here for close to 10 years and I love the staff, convenience and service. It's great knowing that someone is always there during business hours to sign for my packages and keep them safe.
