Dr. Smith was great she explained everything in detail she was very courteous. However the receptionist Fatima was on her phone all the time and when I arrived she was not wearing a mask! Medical assistant was terrible, seemed she was in a rush to leave. If they can’t act accordingly to their job title or job expectations, I wonder why are they still there ?! Allcare perhaps needs to better train their staff.

Here I am sharing my view of this facility . comparing to other places around , this place has more doctors and PA available therefore I was able to get a earlier appointment for televisit and ultimately taking the Covid 19 test for myself and my wife. I would like to point out couple of issues that others talking about in their comments or posts. I say my experience was great , someone else might say the receptionist was unprofessional..... Dear readers, no offence to anyone but lets face it. The country , people , government , society are in critical situation due to this unforgettable virus . millions of people are suffering , please give these people ( doctors , receptionists , nurses , other employees of these facilities ) A BREAK . Can I come up with something negative about my experience at All Care , yes I can but was it really a big deal , no it was not. Because all it matters now is to survive , stay healthy , get through this dark time. As you see I am a Local Guide · Level 7 and I do pay attention to details and I express my true view. Here few things that this facility can improve to help their customers. Camera during Televisit need to be clear and well lighted direction so you can see the doctor or PA. Transparency between staff ( receptionist and nurses and /or doctors ) so when patient call and ask questions ( some of us do ask VERY silly and repeated Qs ) , they dont get confused . The phone number , when you call Lorton location and find out you talking with someone in different place ( dispatching or central office ) , becomes frustrating. Web site should mention that in order to take a covid test , there are two stage process , First Televisit , then drive thru. also Lorton office does not provide Rapid result testing. Anyway , I would like to say I greatly appreciate the service

went today for the covid vaccine. the front desk was very nice. the tech who put the vaccine on me, pam, was so rough and it seemed like she was rushed! i never really bleed after vaccines but i was bleeding after this one. when i go back for my second dose, i’ll ask for someone else because she was rough and a little rude.

I am not a fan of doctors and it take ALOT for me to trust one. Dr. E DAVIES is amazing. He listens and TALKS TO YOU NOT AT YOU to help you understand what's going on. Letting you have a voice and opinion in your treatment.. His compassion and bed side manner is what ALL Healthcare workers need to strive to be. Thank you Dr. Davies for being an example in the health care industry.

Went to AllCare for urgent care and saw Evan Davies. Was instantly at ease and knew I had found someone who genuinely cared so I took my son, who had dealt with chronic back pain for over 5 years. Where every other doctor told him that his backpack was to heavy or he sat to much at his computer and said he needed physical therapy, Evan vowed to find what was causing the issue. He performed multiple tests and sent us to the right specialist and surgeon who removed a sizable calcified growth. The relief was immediate and I have my boy back. \u003c3 I cannot thank Evan Davies enough. Have recommended friends and they are now singing his praise too. Thanks Evan! You are a total rock star!

I have been to this practice two times in person and once via telehealth for f/up during snowstorm. Once I called and then walked-in, the other two times I scheduled online. The receptionist on the phone and when I entered has always been professional and cordial. My wait times have varied from 5-10 minutes to 50 minutes on a Saturday w/an appointment when I was about 3 minutes late and there was one provider on duty. PA Evan Davies identified my issues: listened attentively, conducted necessary examination, quickly made appropriate treatment/prescription(which was immediately ready when I drove to the pharmacist)/referrals (in one case for ultrasound, which they can do onsite during the week, or can refer you nearby.) He does not sit impassively, but engages with the patient, has an expressive face and is good humored, which I appreciated. He also uses messaging. I went for urgent care but should note this is a primary care practice as well, and PA Davies mentioned the other practitioners available (including females) as well when I inquired about primary care and different types of preventive examinations. My checkout was fast and smooth. What a helpful, pleasant experience (for a medical care :P visit, which honestly is not the highlight of one’s day!) Definately highly recommend!

Worse visit ever!!! I better not Get charge for that appointment cause it was a waste of time, First of all, the provider Evan Davies was 10 min late which it's fine but was so rude and seen annoyed that I scheduled that appt. he rolled his eyes couple times at me when I would answer his questions, I felt judge, and all he would say to me is you need to come in to office to be seen and maybe get labs, didn't even get a consult to maybe what to do instead, and then when I ask if he could refill a medication he wouldn't do it. Televisit is a form of a visit.. smh never been treated like this before by the other doctors.. sad..

I usually do not stay consistent with my doctors because I am very particular on what I need. Dr. Murthy has been my provider for the past 5 years and I would not choose anyone else. Her and Pam are very personable with their patients and go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful
