I ordered online, 1 week later, still awaiting shipment, I ask what's going on with my shipment in their online form - no reply. 2 weeks after I ordered, still awaiting shipment. I email them what's going on - no reply. 16 days later, I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. They still haven't replied to the credit card company, and the order online still says awaiting shipment.
