Horrible sad excuse for a payment company! One of the dumbest things Forsyth County has ever done. You can no longer go from your tax bill to payments. It asks for manual entry of four or five fields of complex information and then says it cannot find your bill. So sorry for old people subjected to this ridiculous excuse for a payment service. If your company is looking for a payment service stay away from this one.

I strongly recommend you use anyone but Forte. They will promise the world and then back out in the end. Dragged us along for months and backed out at literally the last hour. Very untrustworthy.

I called there for an issue and the customer service was yelling at me and was being very very inappropriate. This is a new trend of customer service. Yelling at the customers! No wonder this guy says it’s an awesome place to work at, because these people treat the customers like trash and do whatever they want and no one is holding them accountable for. That was my last time having to do anything with them thank god. Avoid them at all costs! The place that I’m working with now, they are much better rate wise and they are polite and accessible. Look for other places and save yourself money and headaches!

This is by far the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. Micheal Thomas gave me the run around a lot. Reserved money for 90 days. I just think all this need to be in black and white before signing up with a third party company.

Forte Payment systems processed a Fraud transaction on my business account in the amount of 2500 for a company I never heard of. They will do nothing about it. They have no information on the business but yet processed the transaction. I have filed several claims and no one has gotten back with me. There is some scamming going on and something needs to be done about it.
