Fun time, but can be difficult to learn. Minimal instruction unless you pay for lessons, but other people who were here were helpful as well. Be prepared to walk awhile if you fall off :)

For an hour and 57 minutes I face planted and face planted.... Fortunately it's a 2 hour deal! The staff there helped immensely, and in my very last attempt I made it up and even made the full lap! 100% will go again! The staff was wonderful and the other people there were super helpful with advice.

Love both locations, but Allen was a much better experience. Matt was a great instructor.

Originally, I loved this place. I gave it five stars and I meant it. I actually still do love this place, but after spending probably 100 or so hours there this summer I've learned of a few problems. The people who work there day-to-day are amazing. Some of them may be young, but that doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. They are super helpful and accommodating and truly make the whole experience a blast for everybody. That being said... the dude who runs this place has made some really bad decisions. The place has been slowly declining for a while, partly because it's tucked so far back and partly bc the owner doesn't seem to care that much. He is very cheap..like really cheap. In fact, he recently stopped buying water for the employees. You can get a pack of 48 or so waters at Sam's or Costco for less than 4. He's actually that cheap. If this is how he treats his employees you can only imagine how he treats the park. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed or brought up to date around the property. Starting with maybe the water level that's been low forever? He is extremely out of touch with the people who actually run this place and I think it will slowly run the business into the ground. I really hope that in the next coming seasons he realizes this and starts to listen to the people who work there and know what the park needs to succeed. It really could be an amazing place, but the boss has got to step and make it happen.
