The service here is always exceptional. My issues are always resolved and I leave with peace of mind that I’m on the road to recovery. The facility is state of the art and sanitary. On this visit I was only there 2.5 hours which is great including the tests I was given. I recommend this facility for urgent care needs.

I've been here 4 times now for Covid tests and every time I always feel their process is fast and seemless. Ho in 1 door, test, wait 20 minutes or so and out another door. Staff is friendly and warm. My daughter and husband have also been 1-2 times and we all agree!

For a while now, I've lost faith in the healthcare system; every time we must take off and see the doctor, we run into a standard set of issues: horrible customer service, astronomical insurance claims(doctors coding the diagnosis in a severe matter), and as always, the long wait time in an antiquated office--without fresh air! Today, all of this changed. From the front desk, I knew that this would be a positive experience. As soon as we called, they told us the cost and services that they offer; they also explained the procedure. Hey, I was excited! So we drove to Legacy ER, checking was smooth and flawless. After five minutes, my son’s name was called! We went in the back; they took his vitals. Two gentlemen that helped were outstanding! They told us we are in-room number one! As a surprise, the doctor arrived in less than ten minutes. He was professional and kind. He took care of my son and explained everything to me. I was delighted. It's worth mentioning that the doctor was not freaked out by my questions (my son had trouble breathing). They were so well equipped and most importantly, kind--they administered all of the necessary medications on the spot! In summary. This is an incredible mini-hospital. They care, have the knowledge and the equipment to take care of you. The customer service is incredible. As of the price, they charge a reasonable amount for the work they do. We are genuinely grateful that Legacy ER is so close to our home. Thank you!

So happy to have this place near me! I have been in a number of times and it has always been a great experience. Facilities are spotless and everyone is very nice, caring and professional. I had a Covid test yesterday and was a bit scared as I had heard horror stories as to how painful/uncomfortable they are. I was very relieved and grateful for a painless test, due to a kind and gentle nurse! Many thanks to NP Priscilla Corpus and Dr. Thornton for their great bedside manner and excellent care! This is by far, the very best medical clinic that I have ever been! Update: I recently had to pay a visit to the clinic and was fortunate to have Dr. Annoh treat me. What a warm, caring, friendly, thorough doctor she is! A great listener and really takes her time, in spite of being terrifically busy! So happy to have had her treat me and only wish that she could be my primary care physician.
