I found a motorcycle that I had been searching for for well over a year with most of the accessories I was wanting. Contacted Buzz and Steve to work the deal all by phone. Drove 3.5hrs one way to see the bike and complete the deal. Spoke with a service tech who had alot of knowledge on the bike. And was assisted with the loading and securing of the bike for the long drive home. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend Maxim

Baron helped me find the part I needed. The OEM part i needed was a little pricey so he ordered an aftermarket part just as good through Parts Unlimited for less and received it in two days. I also like the fact that Maxim is carrying more parts in stock. In years past, I would wait a couple of days to order basic parts to come in. Not anymore, most of the time, parts are in stock with competitive prices! I'm known by name when I walk in. That is great customer service!
