I have shipped packages using Mr. Parcel three times now within the last couple of months and each time I visited the wait was short, everyone on their staff treated me very pleasantly and efficiently. I had a couple of questions about the most cost effective way to ship my parcels and they helped me with exactly what I needed to know. I plan to ship more Christmas items from Mr. Parcel's location because of the good service I have received. No problems here. :)

I took a package to Mr. Parcel to get pricing to ship a box to someone that was purchasing an item from me. They were very gracious to provide the options and even held the package until I received payment from the person. All I had to do was call them and give the. The go-ahead to ship the package and pay for the shipping. I truly appreciate the customer service they provided and the staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you again!!

The owners should work here every day all day. They are helpful and want to keep people coming back and offer good customer service. The woman working for them today 7/11/20 at 4:10 pm was useless and rude. What a waste of time to come here and I won't be coming back. I might as well use the US post office if I want to be treated as unimportant customer willing to hand over my money.
