The man at the counter was extremely rude when I asked for assistance. I tried to find what I was looking for on my own, but ended up just leaving. Admittedly, I know nothing about plants, so maybe this just isn't the right place for beginners who need help picking out what they need. The man at the counter had his face mask under his chin when I approached and he never did put it on during our exchange (even though I was wearing a mask). I am Asian and was wearing an RBG shirt when I went. Not sure if that had anything to do with the rude treatment, but I'm also not ruling it out. After this failed attempt, I went to Shades of Green and they were EXTREMELY helpful and nice and showed me around and answered all my questions. It was a world of difference.

Coming to pucketts is always a treat. A bit pricey on some items but they have a good selection. The staff is always extremely helpful.
The one star is for the lack of customer service. When I arrived I looked around for a short time. No one offered any assistance. They definitely we're not busy. I picked out two plants and a larger tree to purchase, still no assistance, the workers saw me a couple of times, still didn't acknowledge me or offered to assist. I crabbed a cart and loaded everything up and went to the cash register. The people inside we're not pleasant, friendly or even spoke. I had to speak before they acknowledged me. The only positive thing is the plants were a reasonable price.

I LOVE Puckett's for landscaping and maintenance! They take great care of their plants, and the guys that plant them for you have worked at Puckett's for years! So they are very knowledgeable and helpful! I have used them for years, multiple houses, and multiple projects (river rock drainage, landscape lighting, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.) I always feel like it's Christmas when they come! In the pic I attached, you can see some newly planted shrubs on the right. High quality, and they stand by their work! LOVE John!
