I wish there is a 0 star. Here are the requirements to work at quest. 1. rude 2. be rough with the needle 3. slow 4. Must make lots of mistakes. Miss tests, system down, give wrong information, give contradictory information to other. This is a PLUS

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Took the Hawaii covid 19 test and was promised test turnaround time of 2 days. Been past 3 days and still haven’t received results yet. Hawaii has made us quarantine for 14 days now and Quest had 0 customer service or direction for results on the weekend. No number to call and nowhere to send a message for a response. My quest profile doesn’t even show I took a test and I paid 130 trusting them with my results.

My spouse and I went there this morning. We were told they had no record of the doctors lab requests. We then drove to the Plano 15th Streer location. They found the lab requests. I asked if their systems were networked. She said yes and that there was no reason why the Allen location couldnt find the labs. If I could I would give this location zero stars I would!!!

Quest has done my labs for years. They are so courteous and professional. Check in is so easy. Thhry have senior hours and I have been there so many times. East check in prompt access to results. They do a great job.
