If I could give them negative I would. It's been 13hrs so far and I am not unloaded. They gave me a dock door at 330 am last and nothing yet at 9 am. They keep on saying they are far behind on schedule, maybe they should hire a hardworking employees who can do their job in timely manner. Edit they got me done at 4:57pm. Yep that's from 8:30pm check in to 4:57pm the next day.

If you’re on time, you’ll be here 6, 8, 10 hours. If you’re late, you’ll pay 78 and sit for 6, 8, 10 hours. They have absolutely no respect for drivers here in Allentown, PA. This is my second time here, and my last. I will post this review on the trucker boards that I belong to. Avoid this place!!
Before all, I drive for lineage at least two loads per week. This is the first time I came in this facility. Appointment is for 4pm, get a door 5am next day. They told me they will start loading me in an hour, 4hours passed with open doors -10 they didn’t start yet. Yes, they were closed for two days because of the weather but you can’t bring 20 empty trailers, load all trailers and let drivers to wait. Every lineage facility has more 3.5 stars only this one 2.5. Now I know why...
Lineage looses two stars because of a critical safety hazard. The parking for the cars along the building on the north side creates a stressful and a tight backing for trucks So does the staging area on the south side of the building It’s a proven fact that tight spaces with trucks ever increases the odds for collision. I do understand the size of your facility and how busy it is. There was a fast unload time and the staff were professional. Also the overnight parking is a huge plus. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
Had no problem with them last 2 loads. In & out was so quick but this time, it was real slow. Had an appointment at 2 pm but they called me around 3pm next day. I pulled into the door and had me wait another 4 hours for the load. These guys are unpredictable.
