Each time I have been to Metro, I have been very pleased with the services offered. The students are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I am also very satisfied with how quickly I can make an appointment. Their prices are reasonable and the whole facility is very accommodating. I give them stars!!

This was my second time coming here for a deep conditioning/ scalp treatment. Every time I have come here, the “students” have been amazing. My hair feels so so soft. The service and prices can’t be beat!! I plan on coming back later this week to get my nails done!!
Highly recommend Maci Parr for ALL your skin care needs. Best facial I’ve ever had. Extremely professional & knowledgeable. If you’re not seeing her, you’re missing out on 5 star experience. I will be back!!!
I went to a high end salon to get my hair balayaged and they did a horrible job. I went to Metro in an attempt to fix the mess that was made of my hair. Everyone was so nice and friendly and my technician Kaylee really listened to me and did my hair exactly how I wanted! The teachers are so attentive and there for every step along the way. For such a good price it is most certainly worth it!
Front of house staff are the most unprofessional, rude, bullying women I have ever met. Don’t anticipate a real spa experience because of them. Not ADA friendly, nasty attitude staff. My tech was great and the reality is that she will be on her own in 3 weeks.
