Took my bow to get looked at and to learn what I could. Got a lot of new info and they were such a big help could have easily tried to sell me the most expensive stuff but they didn't. Love it there and definitely plan on going back. P.s there bow tech is amazing and takes the time to work with you and once again only recommends stuff that you NEED and not try to sell you the most expensive items.
The service was horrible. Took my crossbow to get restrung and the guy told me my bow was junk. But he restrung it anyway.. i have killed just as many deer with my so called junk bow as the high end expensive ones.. won't go back again.
Very disinterested employees. This is the second incident of being ignored by staff, which prompted this review. Stopped this afternoon with my husband. The staff person was with another customer, but was aware that my husband was there and waiting for assistance. When the employee finished with that customer, he simply walked away - with no acknowledgement whatsoever. (No “I’ll be with you in a moment”, or other typical professional response). My husband chose to leave the store, return home, and place an online order for the goods he had planned to purchase.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Didn't pressure us into a sale. Made sure we got what we wanted and needed and priced very affordable. Worked with my son and got him set up and ready to shoot.
