This was my first time here and I loved the staff and Dr Reiss. I was not rushed. The staff helped with picking out frames and fitting my contacts. Will definitely continue coming here.

Coming from my eye doctor me and my family have had for decades, who genuinely cares about his clients. I have nothing but bad things to say about this clinic, they want any money they can get out of you. It was my first time there and they basically tricked me into paying for an eye exam I had never asked for or wanted. When I expressed my concerns, they did not care at all! This clinic does not care for individuals only about the money they can squeeze out of you and we will not be returning! I tried explaining why I felt like it was unfair for them to charge me and they have no remorse for their customers, there is no “the customer is always right” here and I genuinely felt mistreated as a new customer. In the end I paid for the eye exam because they would not take the charge off even though I did not ask for the exam and I did not want it to go in collections due to nonpayment, Unacceptable.
I enjoy the people that work here, so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames and it was a pleasant experience in dealing with them.
I'm very pleased with the service that was provided by Wendy today. My daughter broke her frames and we stopped in minutes before the office was closing. The frames could not be repaired but they did have a frame that met with our insurance. They switched out the frames and my daughter was very happy with her new look.
I love everyone here. They are all friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this location for years (even before they were novus) and have never had a bad experience.
