I would definitely steer clear of this company. During inspection of one of my hoods, they carelessly set off my Ansul fire suppression system. In turn, my restaurant was closed for the better part of the day. We not only lost sales, but electrical equipment was damaged, all oil in fryers was contaminated, prepared hot-held food was ruined, etc. Some of the electrical issues appeared a couple of days later when our Ansul box began shooting sparks causing our entire cooking line to lose power and, therefore, be shut down another half day. Breakers were burned out and replaced by others. In their attempt to complete the inspection, they nearly set off the system again. Through all of this, Gary has been incredibly unresponsive. I've called, left messages, sent emails (for which I have delivery receipts so I know he sees them), and yet I seldom get any response. They have verbally agreed to pay for damages we sustained, but have yet to pay. This began on 6/1/18. It's now over 90 days later and I've received no reimbursement as promised. As a business owner, I understand that employees make mistakes from time to time. Sometimes my own employees have made mistakes that have cost me dearly. That said, as much as it hurts to let go of my hard-earned money, I have to make it right with my customer. I hope that potential customers read this prior to making their decision on where they spend their own money when it comes time to use a company such as theirs.
