Brought my truck in for a check engine light issue. The service writer Shawn got it into the shop quickly. While waiting he would update me on the diagnostics. He also worked with my purchased warranty provider. When it was not going to be repaired that day he gave me a ride to their preferred hotel. Peterbilt has gotten a great rate at Americinn. The following day the repairs were completed. It has been a week on the road and no further issues. Great job Shawn and a hats off to your techs that diagnosed and corrected the issues. I will go out of my way to have my truck serviced there. Shawn is working out a preventive maintenance program so that downtime can be avoided down the road.

To whom it my concern at Allstate Peterbilt. My name is Ray Bannister. I've been a valid customer and have bought 2 trucks in the last year and a half working on my 3 TRUCK from your Rochester dealer. I've been so impressed with the service that I receive every time I have had an issue with my trucks. The last time I was in from TRUCK repairs all the tecks working on my new Peterbilt were doing everything they could to get me back on the road.. I want to give a very big thanks to your parts guy Jacob Wurst. He went way over anything ever expected of him to help get me back up and running. The parts needed to fix my TRUCK was at a different location, so he after his shift was over took me up to Eagan mn to pick up the parts needed to fix my TRUCK . They were able to get me up and running that night because of his kindness and willingness to help out... you have an awesome group of people working at this Dealership.
