I visited the property about a week ago and WOW!!! The staff was amazing and I had the opportunity to meet the Property Manager who came out to greet us. What a fun person. Her staff seemed to love her and it was a pleasant experience to see that it wasn't all stuffy like some places. I don't normally write reviews about stuff but this place is amazing. I would recommend these people over anyone!!

The transition to Allure on Parkway has been fantastic. Recognizing that this is a brand new building, one has to be patient as small problems are corrected. The facility is fantastic with great amenities and a super location. The staff has been phenomenal in every aspect. They were very diligent throughout the application process and have been very attentive since we moved in.
The leasing team at this site makes it happen! Everything at this apartment complex is brand new. Leasing process is smooth, quick, and easy. Resort style living in lake mary right on the trail. Pool, golf simulation, yoga, fitness, entertainment lounge, storage, and covered parking garage. Safe and secure building that's private and quiet.. High end apartments that are not cheap . The team on site really delivers the value and makes the difference. Work orders handled same day, great communication, personal accommodations, and highly responsive. Experience living here is first class and professional. You'll pay a little more but it's worth it. The team works hard to ensure everyone is happy. They all deserve a raise!

My wife and I have moved 11 times in 5 years. Allure on Parkway is the best by far and one of our places was a penthouse in NY. Allure’s staff is so friendly and accommodating. The community is literally AMAZING! We can’t wait to have a house warming party and yes, we will be inviting the entire team at Allure —they are that awesome. With love, Blake.
