Wish I could give zero stars. DON'T BUY HERE. My salesman was Nick and he did not follow through in a professional manner. His sales were the lowest in the company. My car was not ready when told. When they told me it was ready and that they fixed the issues they literally did not fix anything. Due to the car not being ready they promised me they'll pay my first car note in writing and I kept getting the run around about it. They ignored my phone calls. The manager never stepped in and apologized. I am patient but you don't play with someone's money!!. People are suffering from this pandemic and car dealerships like this one is not taking care of people who are work hard and buy from them.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this guy, knows his stuff and if doesn't have the answer will say/he'll get the answer, good energy and just an overall good guy. Each encounter with the folks at ALM Kennesaw was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. I searched several places for the car I wanted and thought maybe a dealership might be best (certified pre-owned), or that Caravan thing, Carfax, but I found the car I wanted at ALM Kennesaw, great condition, well taken care of so a good buy for ALM's lot, and I was able to take the car to my mechanic shop for inspection (of course). With that information we were able to work out a good deal. I am quite pleased and enjoying the '15 Lexus RC 350 f sport. Thanks you guys, and especially Martin! Cheers and Vroom Vroom... Kimberly
We worked with Andy to buy a suburban! He did a great job handling everything in person and over the phone. I highly recommend seeing him! He is willing to work with you for your budget! The building itself needs updated. The ceiling has water spots and needs to be fixed. Bathrooms are not nice.
My wife and I worked with Zoe. She was awesome, so pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions and made shopping for a car a pleasant experience. I dreaded shopping for a new car but ALM was just great. The whole process was simple and fast, they did not pressure me into anything I did not want. We will definitely recommend ALM to others. High end dealership offering high end cars along with outstanding service and prices. From the moment I went in Michelle M greeted me with a big smile and charisma. She was able to help me pin point just what I was looking for on a car, great price and quality. She showed me a few cars and I was sold from the moment I saw the first one! Amazing deals and amazing cars. Michelle made me feel listened and helped. This people put a lot of effort on their costumer service, and it does make the difference.
