Had my first bear hunt this year. It was an excellent experience, upon arrival Joe brought me to all the baits to re-bait and swap memory cards. 3 of the 4 nights I hunted it was raining. But saw bears on 2 of those. All 4 bait sites were active. I shot a quality bear on my 4th night. The properties are top notch, the hospitality was great, and what started out as a business relationship turned into a friendship. Can’t wait to get back out there for another hunt!

Joe really goes above and beyond for his hunters and knows where and when the deer, turkey, bear, are moving to put you in the ideal spot giving you the best opportunity to take a shot. The property is beautiful and well taken care of with tons of stands to choose from. The lodge is amazing with plenty of room for when you aren't out in the woods chasing your trophy. He treats everyone like they are family and shares in all your experiences you have while hunting here from the highs to the lows. I would highly recommend to anyone
Upon arrival, Joe gave me a quick tour of the farm and Joe pointed me to a good spot to setup for the morning. I ended up between 2 gobblers the first morning and tagged one within an hour of daylight. Great property and setup. Thanks for a great trip.

Hunted here for 2 years i cant say anything positive about it. If you want to have success go to a reputable outfitter where you can see success year by year not one that posts a bunch of trail cam photos and clients go home empty handed whether you shoot a deer or not. not a fan of the famous wheeler and dealers...... Never went to the bar either times during stay must have mistaken that for yourself. I hunted morning, afternoon and evening first time because of colder weather and day of year. I hunted only morning and evening on second trip because of weather conditions on second trip. I went to the spot where stolen once during second trip. I went where pictures of shooters were on second trip at wild rose most nights. Did go to casino and mudding on both trips and I must say was the highlight of the trip. whens the last time a client was suppossed to take a deer home here i dont see any pictures in front of the jw sign on facebook.
