I started seeing Dr. Nabours at end of January for women's health concerns, which included fertility issues & regulating my periods. I was diagnosed with PCOS in my mid-20s without any explanation or clear direction of managing the diagnosis. For years, I have been advised to just take birth control & "it will regulate everything" by my OBs. I have been increasingly frustrated by this answer & really wanted to find the root cause! I wanted to look for someone that would hear my concerns & help me to understand my body. Under Dr. Nabours' care, I have found everything I have wanted from a doctor and waaaayyy more. She is attentive, caring, & super knowledgable. I appreciate that she is very thorough with her examination & plan. She is patient with explaining things & creates a safe space for healing. I have also been impressed with how fast I seem to be experiencing positive results from her treatment plan. For those curious, my treatment plan includes things like dietary changes, supplements appropriate for me, & building up my foundations of health. My period is getting regulated naturally :D I know everyone is different, but I can definitely say it is working for me. I feel so grateful to have met her & have her as a provider. She has truly transformed me. I feel empowered & supported with healing and loving my body. I feel hopeful for the first time ever regarding my diagnosis. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!
