The service is beyond amazing!! 1. The front desk staff exemplify extraordinary customer service. I go out of my way now to find medical offices that not only have great physicians but a great staff. I appreciated the welcoming environment. 2. Doctor Augustine is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. I have extreme anxiety about anything coming close to my eyes ESPECIALLY being dilated. She allowed me to come back with someone so that I would be calm. So I came back with my son.... well I didn’t even need his help because Dr Augustine was extremely patient and walked me through my anxiety and now I feel silly for even being anxious lol. Best service by far. And great eye glasses selection

I’ve been going to this eye doctor for years And the service has been amazingly great! Ruby is the sweetest and The main doctor he is amazing as a doctor and customer service. He’s always smiling and remembers faces. It’s like being with family!!! Today’s service went above and beyond their regular amazing service! I brought my mom in for the 1st time and my 14yr son(he’s been before). My mom is home bound with dementia and she has her days where she can walk good and days where she can’t. When I say they ALL helped me with my mom, I mean the whole staff went past their jobs to help me! I just wanted to cry with overwhelming gratitude for their help! I know my mom needs to come to appointments but it’s a struggle by myself. They didnt make it seem like my assistant to my mom was lacking yet they helped me walk her, cut air down when she was cold, gave me tips on being a caretaker. The eye doctor changed her wording because she was dementia and was very patient when she needed a rest. They assisted my family greatly I cant thank them enough!!!

Staff was fantastically polite and pleasant. Would be a 5 star rating for that alone, if not for the fact that I showed up 10 minutes early to my 5:30 appointment, only to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time before going up to the receptionist to get an idea of how much longer it would take. I was told that I wasn’t seen come in (another staff member checked me in). I was then taken to have my eye pressure and pupillary distance checked, then sat back in the waiting room. After another 25 minutes had passed (now 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time), I again walked up to the desk to determine how much longer before I would see the doctor. I was told that the doctor was extremely behind schedule and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I was even taken back to a room. I cancelled the appointment and walked out. Communication matters. A simple phone call to inform me that the doctor was running severely behind, and offering me to reschedule (instead of wasting my time) would have been sufficient.

Alpha Eye is the best eye clinic I’ve been to.The whole staff treated me with care and the upmost respect. The doctor was also excellent. They all made me feel comfortable, they were very knowledgeable,and they made sure I got what I wanted. I give them 5 stars. Highly recommended

I have been going to Alpha Eye care for about 10 years and the consistency of the professionalism and extraordinary personable experience I receive.... Priceless.... They're family now.. I recommend that anyone visit them.. You'll feel the same... And have late appointments too.. There's a lot of greatness and warmth... You just have to go and SEE LITERALLY
