We own two rental properties, each managed by a different property management company. I have been pleased with Alpha's professional conduct and their ability to do things the other property management company couldn't figure out how to do : sending me the kind of annual statements I need for my taxes, directly depositing funds in my online only bank, electronic access to my statements, and ability to respond to my inquiries quickly even when the staff member who would usually respond is on vacation. In addition, their management fees are very reasonable and their staff have been friendly.

With Alpha Property, I was able to raise my rent by 100 AND find quality applicants in record time. Their staff is professional, attentive, and informative communicators. In my opinion, Alpha's quality out ranks other companies twice their age, for a smaller price . Highly recommend.
We've been with Alpha for more than 2 years now, and our experience with them has been wonderful. From looking for tenants to checking after they left, their communication with us has been prompt and thorough. Payments have been timely, and if any repair was needed, their maintenance team was great to work with. I'd recommend Alpha to any friend who is looking for a property manager.
I have tried to reach out to this company MULTIPLE TIMES on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I've tried to contact them through zillow, and also their submission form on their website, and also the email provided with the listings on their website. Never got a response for any property I have ever inquired about from them. I've probably tried to reach out 4 or 5 times. Nothing. I really need to move, and some of their properties would have be super ideal for me, but I'm about to stop trying.
Between my significant other and I, we have called 6 times and requested to see at least four properties. Left voicemails and emails. Still have never received a response. Poorly run rental company, had better luck renting from private citizens or another company.
